Who We Are

Kyle Polansky, our Licensed Title Agent, has been with Alachua Title Services, LLC since the spring of 2017. Kyle handles order entry and assists with the processing of each file. Prior to working at Alachua Title, Kyle spent 7 years involved with the University of Florida Athletic Association’s equipment staff.

Patricia Moser, General Manager, created Alachua Title Services, LLC in 2000. Patti provides every buyer, seller, and lender a positive closing experience. Patti’s specialty is using her many years of real estate experience and negotiating skills to solve problems and provide quick solutions. Along with being the General Manager of Alachua Title Services, LLC, Patti has been the Broker/Owner of Horizon Realty of Alachua, Inc. since 1980.
