Who We Are

Kyle Polansky, our Licensed Title Agent, has been with Alachua Title Services since the spring of 2017. Kyle handles order entry and assists with the processing of each file. Prior to working at Alachua Title, Kyle spent 7 years involved with the University of Florida Athletic Association’s equipment staff.

Zoë Franks, our Processor, joined the Alachua Title Services team in 2025 after a few years working for a local law firm. Her experience in probate and estate planning has brought a unique perspective to the title industry.

Patricia Moser, General Manager, founded Alachua Title Services, LLC in 2000. Patti’s specialty is using her many years of real estate experience and negotiating skills to solve problems and provide quick solutions. Along with being the General Manager of Alachua Title Services, LLC, Patti is been the Broker/Owner of Horizon Realty of Alachua, Inc. since 1980.
